Ingredients

Serves : 6
  • 1 kg Chicken Drumsticks


  • 1 large Onion


  • Ginger Garlic Paste 1 tblspn


  • Yogurt 3 tblspn


  • Turmeric Powder 1/2 tsp


  • Kashmiri Red Chilly Powder 1 tblspn


  • Coriander Powder 1 tsp


  • Tandoori Masala 2 tblspn


  • Lemon juice 1 tblpsn


  • Salt as per taste or 1 tsp


  • Garam masala 1/2 tsp


  • Chat masala 1 tsp


  • Oil 3-4 tblpsn


  • Red food colour 1/4 tsp optional (I haven't use)

Directions

  • Wash Drumsticks thoroughly in a colander and keep aside to drain completely.
  • In a pan add 3 tblspn oil and add sliced onion into oil. And fry till brown.
  • Take out the onions and let it cool down.
  • In a bowl add all the spices and ingredients. and mix them.
  • Now crush the Fried onions by your hand and add them too.
  • Add left over oil from fried onions and mix well.
  • Now add Drumsticks and mix well.
  • Now cover the bowl with cling wrap and keep this bowl in refrigerator for atleast 4 hrs.
  • After 4 hrs preheat the oven at 200 degree for 10 minutes.
  • Grease a Foiled Baking Tray and place the marinated Drumsticks on it.
  • Bake on grill mode at 200 degrees for 15 minutes.
  • Then flip off the Drumsticks and roast for 10-15 minutes more.
  • Take out the Roasted Drumsticks. Sprinkle some chat masala and lemon juice and serve with raw onion rings.
